The 3 programs that can get you started eating healthy food, this is not a diet per se, but changing your eating habits to a more productive lifestyle. Each client has their way of dealing with food, and activities. At Your Healthy Spot! You are in control of making that happen. As a health coach, I will guide you and dialog any concerns with your particular diet, as in what you normally eat, versus what is healthier. These programs are not about not eating what you want. It’s not WHAT you eat! It’s HOW you eat!
Changes are not easy to make, but those aren’t impossible either. When your body is in a state of change or depleted due to not getting the right nutrients it needs. That should be a concern and a red flag.
After going through it myself and having to constantly make changes to keep my body always healthy is part of survival, in terms of keeping your body actively functioning, and getting the outcomes you are looking for.
The programs offered are mainly to keep you in line and remind you of what you should be doing. These are very easy steps to follow and with the help of your health coach in tow. Nothing is easy at the beginning. Persevering and taking one step at a time to be healthy is all worth it.
